Windows Store apps not downloading, forever stuck and 'Pending' Windows Store apps won't download, I've tried to download numerous apps but it never passes 'Pending'. We can use different Apple ID for iCloud storage and App Store apps. Facing any issue for downloading Paid or free apps from the App Store on iPhone, iPad. Go to the settings app tap on a profile slide down and see the option for iCloud and iTunes App Store if you use differently.
I just don't know what is happening but I can't download Xcode.
I did click on the update button on the App Store, but it did not do nothing.
What should I do?

Maybe it is just temporary bug… wait sometime, and try again. Or try to restart AppStore application.
But, if you need it right now, and nothing helps - you can download dmg file with latest XCode from:https://developer.apple.com/downloads
